Honda has challenged Ryu, Ken and Chun-Li to a fight, so he can show off his new special move. As the group head to where he is, a mysterious turtle rock emits a powerful energy, sending the four street fighters back in time! Ken eventually finds Ryu at Fujiwara-kyō, the capital of Japan. The two come across various sights, as they observe the people of the era going about their daily lives. They eventually find Chun-Li, who had joined a group of dancers who happened to travel to Japan. |

The three work out that the flow of time is accelerating. They think they if they find Honda, it might fix things and let them return to their own time. They also remember that Fujiwara was only the capital for 16 years, if it moves to its next location, they are going to have a problem finding Honda. Moving quickly, they come across buildings being taken apart, so the materials can be taken to the new capital. They find Honda working there, who has being doing nothing but hard labor for the last 16 years! With the group reunited, the time vortex appears. |

The street fighters are taken back to their own time, and see that everything is as it should be. Ryu says he felt he was there for a long time, even though really it was only 5 or 6 hours. Ken then recalls that Honda had gathered them together to show them a new special move. But Honda doesn't know what he's talking about. Ken can't believe Honda -it looks like he's left his precious special move back in the Fujiwara Capital! Chun-Li starts to laugh, as Ryu and Ken do the same. |
The film was released on video in 1995, and only in Japan. It was available to purchase at Romantopia Fujiwara-kyo '95, a festival celebrating Japan's former capital. Capcom were a partner for this festival, and the video was exclusively on sale at the event. Because of this, the film remained highly obscure for years, and the video has become a bit of a collector's item. |
