For the movie, the animators added an additional panel that flips up above the Matrix. This is not on the storyboard.

The design of the Matrix had not been finalized when these storyboards were made. This storyboard wanted the Matrix to glow with rainbow colors, whilst in the movie, it shines blue.
That's it for this sequence! There is an urban legend about Prime's body crumbling to dust after it changes color, but the storyboards for this sequence don't mention anything about it.
